ENECO PORTABLE SOLUTION

INTRODUCTION
The current economy growth in the world, have led to the increase of the
global energy consumption, especially in Southeast Asia. Indonesia is
one of the great developing countries having about 260 million of
population. The increase of both population and economic growth in this
country has lead to the significant increase of energy demand in the
future. It is predicted that the total energy consumption in 2025 is about
400 Mtoe, and it increases to about 1,000 Mtoe in 2050.
To achieve energy sustainability, there is a need to diversify energy
source in order to meet energy demand for incoming industrial era 4.0.
Moreover, to reduce the impact of energy utilization to the environment,
the minimization of fossil fuel use and its strategic scenarios in order to
diminish the emitted amount of CO 2 also needs to be conducted. The
energy transition does not only cover the technological aspects, but also
combination of economic, socio-cultural, political. Geothermal, hydro,
and biomass are expected as the main source of energy in the future.
Our company comes with Eneco Portable Solution, a system we develop
to collect rice husk from field and process them into pellets and
briquettes products for energy source. This system is including on site
processing with portable machine that can be mobilized everywhere
which is important to accelerate the whole process. The pellets and
briquette produced by Eneco is considered carbon neutral, and can be
used as a direct replacement for fossil fuels in applications such as
boilers, industrial burners, and home heating.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
Vacuum Machine Molding Machine Motor
DETAIL PROCESS DESCRIPTION
To begin the process, rice husk is loaded with a vacuum machine and
packed into a vertical reactor chamber through the hopper. The material
then run through the conveyor to be heat and screwed to reduce the
moisture to 10-15%. Drying increases the efficiency of pellets product
and it produces almost no smoke on combustion. The next and the most
important step is compressing where biomass is compressed against a
heated metal plate (die) using a roller. The die consists of holes of fixed
diameter through which the biomass passes under high pressure. Due to
the high pressure, frictional forces increase, leading to a considerable
rise in temperature.  The last process is packing the pellets into
bags. The packaging should be good to protect the product from
moisture and pollutants.
INVESTMENT AND OPERATING COSTS
Eneco Portable Solution has been designed to be portable and scalable
– with a mobile model for developing communities that is easy to be
mounted on a truck and driven around from one village to the next to
gather resources from rice processing unit in the area. The reactors
systems are simple to use and low cost operation, requiring a minimum
of two on-site operators. As part of a dedication to bring the technology
to the greatest number of markets, the company's strategy is to lease
the technology to local partners thereby reducing the upfront capital
investment and encourage community’s participation in the project.
