In every country have a different culture, based on the text

 in french people tend to ignore the phone call

 in england people will answer the phone and get out of the crowd
 and in spain you will pick up the phone in the middle of a group and invite other people to join
the conversation

in my culture especially myself, when I receive a call in a public place I will pick up the phone and stay
away from the crowd, because when I pick up the phone in front of people it shows a bad attitude
because some people feel uncomfortable if they have to listen to our conversation on the phone , and
we should appreciate it. and if it is not possible to pick up the phone I will send a message. The way we
communicate shows our attitude.
