Study Objectives Objective of current study is to evaluate:
i. Influence of operating system responsiveness on competitive advantage of beverage
companies. ii. Influence of logistics process responsiveness on competitive advantage of beverage companies. iii. Influence of supplier network responsiveness on competitive advantage of beverage companies.
1.2. Delimitations of the Study
The main limitation of this study was context, mostly respondents filled the questionnaire as they had the first hand information about the industrial processes and techniques that result in either cutting edge or poor performance. Results were totally based on the respondent’s opinions and their sincerity in filling the questionnaire can’t be assessed. The study only covered one sector, there was no comparison with other sectors in the same region, where the results could be different. It was a cross-sectional study and results were concluded based on cross-sectional data.
