ENG 102

INTERVIEW GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS (10%)

The common final assessment for the ENG 102 course will be an interview. Your instructor will schedule
the interviews during the final exam weeks (June 20 – July 2), and you will choose an appropriate time
slot. The interviews will be conducted with your own instructor.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
 You are expected to join the Zoom session 5 minutes before your interview time. You will
wait in the waiting room. Do not leave the meeting until your instructor admits you into the
session.
 Students who do not attend the interview without a valid excuse (e.g. medical report) will
not be given a make-up.

Below are some guidelines regarding how the interview will be conducted:

 Each slot will be 10 minutes long.

 One student will attend each slot and talk for about 7-8 minutes.
 Only English must be used throughout the interview.
