3、合上外部电源开关，合上设备后面开关，合上正面面板电

四：应用范围 Range of applications

该机只提供热源，可用于各种 金属产品的热锻、焊接、热处理、熔炼等行业。The

1：热锻范围：依加热时间长短而定加热温度和加热深度，加热从表面开始。Hot forging

3：热处理：工作所需温度依输出电流大小和时间等参数而定最高可达3000℃左右。3:

2、设备电源连接：Equipment power connections
用6mm2以上的软铜线按图连接输入电源，电源功率要求最高为三相380V。超过此范
围，可能会造成设备损坏，请用户注意！由于该设备功率大，连接时，应保护连接牢
固，尽量减小电连接处接触电阻，以免工作时电压下降严重，影响设备正常工作，用户
尤其应避免电源线简单地挂在电

4、安装感应圈：Install an induction loop:

感应圈既通水又通过很大的感应加热电流，直接影响机器能否正常使用，请用户慎重安
装，切记安装时不要使用防水生料带，造成电连接不好。Induction loop not only the

5、连接遥控盒 Connect the remote control box

九、操作步骤 operating steps

1、确保各需安装工作已经完成。Ensure that the required installation work has been

completed.

2、打开冷却水。Open the cooling water.

遥控插座：Remote control socket.

接遥控开关盒，用遥控盒上的按钮代替设备面板上的启动和停止钮。Access the remote
switch box, use the button on the remote control box instead of the start and stop button on
the device panel.
后面板：The back panel

八、安装 Installation
1、冷却水连接 Cooling water connection
连接进水管到设备后部进水管端，连接出水管到设备后部出水管端，保证连接良好以防
止漏水。进水管可接到自来水龙头或用户自备的循环水装置中，进水应保证有一定的压
力和流量，以防止水压不足、流量不足造成设备损坏。推荐水压为0.05-0.2Mpa,水流量为
2-5升/分钟.设备内有水压开关可对水进行有效保护，无水，将自动停止工作。并发出蜂
鸣声；另外，本设备感应圈采用锡焊，无冷却水加热
时，会导致锡熔化，可起无水保护的作用。对于冷却水的安装和使用，有几点建议：

water inlet pipe can be connected to the tap or user-owned recycled water plant, water

protection,if no water, and will automatically stop working and makes a buzzing sound.In
addition, the induction loop of this equipment use of soldering,heating without cooling water
Would result in the tin melt,can play a role of anhydrous protection.A few suggestions for the
installation and use of cooling water:

※冷却水源应保证稳定供水，最好采用水泵来循环比较可靠； Cooling water should be to

※冷却水应清洁，无腐蚀性；Cooling water should be clean, non-corrosive
※冷却水水温不要太高，应低于40℃为好；The temperature of cooling water not too high

※加热前应检查冷却水通畅； Checked the cooling water is smooth before heating
※请勿将感应圈锡焊改成铜焊、银焊。Do not change an induction loop tin solder into a

（2）导磁性差的材料如铜、铝等感应加热时，感应圈圈数要增加。The materials with

（3）感应圈与加热部位耦合间隙在1-3mm为宜（加热面积较小时）。 The induction loop

（4）在最大输出位置，工件伸入感应圈内，电流如仍保持不变，但加热效果不好；这种
情况说明：负载太轻、与感应圈耦合太差、或感应圈圈数太少；此时要缩小感应圈的尺
寸，即缩小感应圈与工件之间的间隙；如果间隙已经很小，则要增加感应圈的圈数。

induction loop.
（5）当输出振荡电流不能调至最大，即调节旋钮调至某一位置时，一加负载，电流下降
多甚至自动停机，说明负载太重、与感应圈耦合太好、或感应圈圈数太多；这时，只要
不会自动停机，都不影响使用，而且此时加热效率也很高：但如果发生自动停机，则要
适当增大感应圈尺寸，即增大感应圈与工之间的间隙；如果说间隙已经比较大，则要减
少感应圈圈数。When the output oscillating current can not be adjusted to the maximum,and

is relatively large, will have to reduce the number of induction loops.
（6）对于工件难置于感应圈内的平面加热，或对非磁性金属材料（如铜、铝等），可以
采用不同形状的导磁体（铁氧体磁芯）聚磁，可以大大增加设备的功率输出。 Concering
the workpiece can difficult placed in the plane of induction loops to heating, or the non-
magnetic metal material(such as copper, aluminum, etc.),you can use different shapes of the
resistive magnet (ferriteCore) to gather magnetic,can greatly increase the power output of the
enquipment.
（7）宜采用厚1-1.5mm、φ 5以上圆紫铜管或方铜管绕制感应圈。 Should take use of

（8）感应圈的引出长度允许在500内变动，推荐150-300mm为宜。The induction loop. derivation length of

1、电源：合上控制开关，此灯亮表示有电.1. Power:Close the control switches, lights bright

3、过压：该设备允许输入电压 5 KW ；1 5 KW 电压2 2 0 V；25KW以上机型电压380V，当

输入电压太高时，设备自动停止加热，过压指示灯亮，并发出持续蜂鸣声。3. over-

4、缺水：该设备的感应圈和内部主要零件都是借助于水冷却的，如果水流量太小或冷却
水温太高或者机器使用久造成内部道管堵塞等原因使水冷却效果变差，设备将自动停止
工作，此时指示灯亮且发出持续蜂鸣声。4. Water shortage: Induction loop and internal

5、过流：此灯亮在以下情况下可能发生：5. Overcurrent The lights in the following cases

（1）干扰信号。（2）内部温度过高。（3）设备故障。（4）工件与感应圈接触引起感
应圈短路。（5）感应圈内圈间接触。(1) Interfering signals(2) The internal temperature is
too high
(3) Equipment failure(4) Workpiece with an induction loop contact to cause an induction loop
short circuit(5) Induction loop and the inner contact

（6）网压太低或电网带负载能力太差，如以下几种情况：The net pressure is too low or

the power grid with a load capacity is too bad, such as the following situations：

①再工作一切正常……工件与感应圈接触引起感应短路。Work as usual ...... the workpiece

and the induction loop connect result in induction short-circuit.

②大电流下仍过流报警，小电流以下可以工作……感应圈可能间隙太小：或电网网压太低
或电网负载能力太差：或机器内部故障。Still overcurrent alarm in the large current, and

distribution network pressure is too low or power grid load capacity is too bad,or machine
internal have some faults.
③一直保持报警，无法工作„„感应圈两圈接触或机器内部故障.③ Always maintained

出现以上情况时先关上电源再打开，以消除报警然后再加热。Above situation,turn the

power off first and then open,in order to eliminate the alarm and then heated.

6、加热：在“自动”或“手动”工作状态，此灯亮表示保温加热过程正在进行。Heating: the
"automatic" or "manual" work status,the light bright means heating process is in progress.
7、保温仅在“自动”工作状态下，此灯亮表示保温加热过程正在进行。7, The insulation

8、缺相：此灯亮表示三相电源缺相。8,Lack of phase: This light bright means the three-

按钮：Button:

1、启动按钮：按一下此按钮，设备开始加热。1,Start button:Press this button,the

equipment will start heating.

2、停止按钮：按一下此按钮，设备停止加热。2,Stop button:Press this button,the

equiment will stop heating.

手动/自动选择开关 Manual / automatic selector switch

1、当开关置“手动”时，时间控制不起作用，时间提示加热时间无保温。1,when the
switch is set to "Manual",the time control does not work,the time will prompted heated no
insulation.

2、当开关置“自动”时，加热，保温都受控于机内的时间控制器。2,When the switch is set

to "Auto",heating,insulation are controlled in the machine time controller.

加热功率调节旋钮 Power of heating adjustment knob

手动或自动状态时，调节输出振荡电流大小，从而调节加热速度。Manual or automatic
state, adjust the size of the output oscillating current, thereby adjust the heating
Speed.

保温功率调节旋钮Insulation power adjustment knob

仅在自动状态下有效，用于调节保温时输出振荡电流大小。Only effective in automatic

时间提示：Time prompt
在手动状态，提示加热时间；在自动状态，提示加热、保温时间。In manual state that
prompts the heating time;In the automatic state that prompts the heating and holding time.

输出电流提示:Output current prompt

提示加热、保温时输出振荡电流大小，看机器显示电流，电流大则加热快。Prompt
heating,when insulation, the size of out put oscillating current,the machine show the current,
the large current with fast heating.
