When this case was called for hearing, Atty. Ray Ann M. Co
appeared for petitioner while Attys. Carl Fitri Hussin and Joanna
Bilongilot appeared for respondent.

Upon manifestation of petitioner's counsel that petitioner's tax

liability has been settled, the oral Motion to Withdraw the instant
Petition without objection interposed by the respondent, is hereby
GRANTED. Accordingly, the Petition for Review is WITHDRAWN and
this case is considered CLOSED AND TERMINATED.
