international accounts details.

Project 3: FDC (First Data Cards) (Jan 2017 to Mar 2019)

First data delas with Developmet and testing of All credit card releated functionalities of clients such as Kotak
Mahindra, RBL, YES bank etc.Deals with sub sytems of credit card testing in Vision plus platform like TRAMS, ITS,
CDM and CMS.

Responsibilities:

● Authorized test cases and scenarios from functional requirement document.

● Test scenarios designing as per the requirement provided by the banks.
● Boarding of accounts with the modified account-boarding file.
● Boarding of subordinate accounts allowing the lesser credit limits one while rejecting the others.
● Calculation of charging of late fee and over limit fee.
● Fraud Transactions and report validations.
● Various report validations and Data warehouse files validations.
YES bank:
Design and Development for the very first commercial card network.
A complete change in the architecture of the bulk upload file. One to many mapping concept was followed.
Different parameters were to allow and reject the boarding of subordinate accounts. New fields values
were defined to restrict the credit limits of the subordinate accounts. New fields were added and logic was
developed to restrict and allow the authorizations performed on the accounts. Logic was also developed to
restrict the authorizations on the primary account. Bank had a requirement of allowing authorizations
specific to merchant and acquirer ids while declining the others. New fields were added to charge and
waive the membership fee and also respective memos were generated. A new parameter was added on the
global parameter screen for alert generations when the Payment due date is near.

Philippines Bank Credit Card:

The Robinson’s bank of Philippines is newly launching its Chip Credit card. Robinson’s bank insisted in
using CDM subsystem and bulk boarding for accounts boarding. All the subsystem were included as a part of SIT
testing.
The bank had decided to go solely with Master card. Customer Care was used instead
of ASM subsystem. Testing of TRAMS, ITS was performed. Every Embosser cards was activated with
an alert sent to customer from bank. Redesign of architecture of the bulk account-boarding file. Real
time alerts to be generated for the different requirements provided by the bank. Net banking Service call
testing was also performed. Involved in identification of test scenarios. Corresponding Test Case were also
designed.
Proactively participated in file preparation and processing of the same. Account Boarding File
processing. Reports validations in mainframe. Testing related to embosser details, Card issue, Card
replacement, Card re-issue, Card transfer, corresponding files were also a part of test validations. Real
time alerts generations based on the requirements. Preparing Defect log and Raising Defects in RTC.

HSBC Technologies India: Mar 2019 to June

Project 1: HSBC ADC (Additional currency): (Mar 2019 to June 2019)

Worked on ECHAMPS application. ECHAMPS is a frontend vision plus application in HSBC which perform
payments, transactions, purchases, reatils, crdits, debits functionalities. Performed post batch validation in ITS
screen and files in TRAMS. Worked chargeback,Miscellaneous fees, retrival request, cold case chargeback and
reversal of same in ITS and TRAMS.

(MAS). Also worked on tokenisation auth with In-app and TAP categories. Hands on work experience on
MasterCard clearing simulator (MCPS). Have tested different types of authorizations on VTS and MAS.
Responsibilities:

● Performed Authorisation Testing for different types of auth like Purchase, cash Advance, OTC, in- app,
instore from issuer end using MAS simulator for different card types i.e. Chip, Contactless, Magstrip.

Message flow 100, 400( Reversal).

Intellect Web application of DBS Bank provides an environment for CMS system where we get all the information
related to credit card payments, transactions, loyalty points , embossing details like card replacement, card
reissue , lost and stolen.
