    2. One DEFICIENCY IN THE ENGAGEMENT LETTERS:


    One of the deficiencies found in the draft of this engagement letter is in relation to commercial
    matters. Namely, not being able to identify the basis of the auditor's/audit team's fees, indication of a
    proposed timetable, and termination rights.
