HIGH PERFORMANCE CULTURE AT RELIANCE INDUSTRY

First defining what is work culture of an industry - How you do your job at work is a part of the
culture of the company. People and customers will have a good or bad experience based on what
you do and how you do it. When it comes down to it, company culture is how things are done at
work.

In order to build a high-performance workplace, you have to keep putting money into the right
things at the right time. This means investing in the right people, processes, physical
environment or technology to make sure that workers can learn, discover, come up with new
ideas, work together, and make money.

Indians work for the Reliance Group, which is one of the country's largest private employers. As
long as there is a strong, consistent, and fair HR framework, Reliance can keep up with the times
and keep up with the best people. Everyone at Reliance should feel like they have a big part to
play in the company's growth because of the company's entrepreneurial culture.

Reliance runs training courses. With the help of a very scientific Key Result Area (KRA)-based
Performance Management System and Career Mapping exercises, the company also helps all of
its employees grow.

A high-trust and high-performance culture is made up of five things: Credibility, Respect,

Fairness, Pride, and Camaraderie.

Reliance Industries Limited has done well on all five of them. In the workplace culture field,
Great Place to Work is known as the "Gold Standard." For example, because Reliance Industries
Limited is a Great Place to Work-Certified company, it can be named one of 'India's Best
Workplaces in Manufacturing in 2021.' Reliance Industries Limited keeps putting in strong
systems, processes, initiatives, and practices that are all in line with its overall goals and values.
The company has a lot of efficient practices in place that help it find good people to work for
them. All of the different parts of an employee's life cycle at a company show the same level of
strength. For example, when the company welcomes new employees and helps them adapt to the
culture, the organization, their team, and their job. This is shown by the development programs
that Reliance Industries Limited has put a lot of effort into. They help people from different
talent streams, focus areas, and levels get better at what they do. When people work for the
company, they have a say in what happens and are listened to. They also get to work together
with other people from different teams to get the best ideas and results.

HIGH PERFORMANCE CULTURE OF RELIANCE IS ENHNCED BY TWO MORE

WAYS:

DEVELOPING

When RIL wanted to improve the leadership, they came up with a program called "Step-Up"
with help from other well-known companies around the world. These Step-Up Programs are
designed to make sure that leaders are ready to take on new leadership roles. Each module has a
nomination process every year, and then a transparent and meritocratic selection is made based
on talent processes to decide who can go to these high-level development programs.

CELEBRATING

The campaign Bring Your Family to Work (BYFW) is a way for Reliance employees to show off
their workplace to their families, and it is currently in its second year. In order to instill a sense
of pride in both the employee and their family, this program is designed.
