I write in behalf of the heirs of Spouses Ruperta Kalaw De

Guzman and Domingo De Guzman (“Spouses De Guzman”) in
relation to your occupancy of a house built on a parcel of land
located at No. 5 Alpha Road, Alpha Village, Capitol Hills, Quezon
City, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 004-
RT2020001435 (254718) (“Property”), and registered under the
names of the Spouses De Guzman.

Considering that the heirs of the Spouses De Guzman intend to

have the Property fixed and renovated, and eventually use the
same for personal purposes, final notice is hereby made upon you
to vacate the premises of the Property not later than October 2021.

We trust that you will acknowledge and comply with the

foregoing intent of the heirs of Spouses De Guzman.
