KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

           That I, HASIM P. DECA, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Basok Malutlut,
Marawi City, Lanao del Sur, do hereby appoint, name and constitute JANNEL B. MANDING, of
legal age, Filipino and resident of Barangay 4, Malaybalay City to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact, to manage and conduct all my affairs, and for that purpose in my name and on
my behalf to do and execute all or any of the following acts, deeds and things, to wit:

1. To receive for and in my behalf my final settlement in MAWARID food company

currently situated at King Abdul Aziz Road, Taic Building, Wazarat District, Riyadh,
Saudi Arabia (KSA);
2. To represent me and act in my behalf and sign any document related thereof under
such terms and conditions as my attorney-in-fact may consider or deem proper;
3. To receive for and in my behalf any and all documents pursuant to this authority;
4. To perform such acts directly related to the said purpose.

           HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in or about the premises, as fully to all
intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying
and confirming all that my said attorney shall do or cause to be done under and by virtue of
these presents.
