Boytags: Profit Maximization using Financial Report and Sales Management System

2.0 Cited Problems

2.1 Boytags has no available system that can determine the total monthly sales.

2.2 Having difficulty to track down the cost of goods sold due to unorganized

data.

2.3 Boytags is having difficulty what kind of goods they will prioritized due to

complex recording of data.

2.4 Hard to visualize the sale statistics every month to see if the target goals is

achieved.

2.5 There is no system that can summarize financial reports every year.

Functions of the Proposed Title:

The proposed project seeks the effective way in maximizing profit and

sales of Boytags Chicken House through an organized data analysis and presentation

of financial statements using sales management system.

Features of the Proposed System

 Financial report and sales management system will provide accurate data regarding

to monthly sales of the organization.

 Sales management system organizes data and convenience in tracking down

transactions in the organization.

 Sales management system can record details about the goods. The cost, number of

items, quality and price.

 Sales management system can provide, monitor and visualize the sales statistics of

the organization.

 Sales management system can summarize reports by inputting data through MS

Excel.

3.0 Reason for the Choice

The proponents chose Boytags chicken house since they have no available system

that can help in maximizing profit through organized management of sales. This will greatly

help the organization to maximize their profit and improve their performance in the market.

4.0 Target User/Beneficiaries

Boytags chicken house is the primary target user/beneficiary of this project

proposal. Along with its management and staff that would greatly benefit in the

maximization of its profit. Other users/beneficiaries of this project proposal are its

clients, entrepreneurs, future researchers and students.
