B. Program Guidelines
Terms of No deposit Bonus of 100$

1. General terms
1.1. The promotion is valid from 16th Oct 2017 until further notice from the
Company
1.2 The company-organizer is Fidelis Capital Markets
1.3 The Company reserves the right to change the promotional Trading Terms and
conditions
1.4 The Company reserves the right to terminate the Program anytime

2. Participants
2.1 To claim your bonus you should register to Live Account of Fidelis
2.2 Identification information is not required while applying for the 100$ Bonus;
however the company reserves the right to request identification documents as its
own discretion.
2.3 Types of accounts involved in the promotion: No deposit bonus 100$ account
with trading conditions similar to Rookie account.
2.4 Your account’s leverage cannot exceed 1:400
2.5 The employees of the Company and their families cannot participate in the
promotion.
2.6 Once the participant has been given a Live Account with 100$ Free Deposit, it
shall be understood that he/she had read and agreed to the terms and conditions
regarding the same.
2.8 Only a natural person can take part in promotion.
2.9 Deposits, Withdrawal and internal transfer on Bonus account are not available.

3. Withdrawal terms
3.1 The Bonus shall go automatically to the account in case of the compliance with
all conditions.
3.2 Bonus is issued once. Reusing of bonus isn’t possible.
3.3 Bonus funds are credited for 30 days.
3.4 After this period the bonus is deducted, open positions are closed.
3.5 The type of account also depends on the amount of profit made.
3.6 At the end of 30th day the Bonus 100$ will be taken back and the Amount of
Profit made will be available to the Client on 500$ deposit and the bonus account
will be disabled
3.7 In the absence of deposit, all profits are deducted from the account.
3.8 Partial withdrawal of profit is not allowed.
3.9 Getting bonus and/or trading in bonus funds ON TWO OR MORE ACCOUNTS
 with same IP-address is prohibited.
3.10 Trading account with the bonus is prohibited to trade through anonymous
proxy server. If the account with the bonus will connect with more than 5 different
IP-addresses, the bonus will be canceled.
3.11 Multi Account hedging trade is prohibited in the bonus account. Any
suspicious activity will result in immediate termination, In case of violation of this
term the Company reserves the right to cancel the bonus and part of the profit
earned as a result of the trade.
3.12 Bonus funds are the Company’s property.

4. The claims
4.1 Claims made to withdraw the Profit made may be directed to the email:

4.2 All claims should include the participant’s name and address, account number
and detailed description of the claim.

C. Trading Terms
30 days - Bonus Program Trading Terms;
I. The total bonus of 100$ will be withdrawn from the Live account after the
completion of 30 days
II. The maximum profit/that can be made and claimed under this Program shall not
exceed the $500
III. All the profits made on the Live Trading Account can be claimed only after;
- The Client deposits Minimum of 500$ on Live Trading account
- The Client Trade and complete minimum of 10 lots

D. Example of no deposit bonus Program

Mr.FCM signed up for the 100$ No deposit Bonus on our website and got a registered live
account with 100$ Free funding.
Mr.FCM have started trading with this 100$ Free money for 30 days and made a profit of
505$ on the live account given and after 30 days the 100$ bonus have been taken back
from the bonus trading account where he can claim only 500$ from the total profit made
(Profit that can be made by clients under this program is restricted to 100 $)

Mr.FCM has to deposit 500 $ which is the minimum deposit and should have completed
10 Std lots on bonus account during the given 30 trading days to claim his profit.
