The fees set in this spreadsheet default to the rate as prescribed in the Cadastral Survey (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2011

Selecting a Fee Calculation Sheet

CSD with or without Survey Info

Cross Lease or Flats CSD

A single Base fee is payable. There is now no separate charges for buildings etc.

Units CSD 
Use this page for Standard and Staged Unit Developments - See Unit CSD sheet for more details

Staged Developments:
Proposed unit development (PUD) CSD and Stage 1 CSD must be lodged together.
Substituted Proposed unit development (SPUD) CSD and the next Stage CSD must be lodged together.
There will be fees for all principal and accessory units on the proposed unit development CSD.
Where two CSDs (one being a PUD or SPUD) are lodged and processed together only one base fee is payable
One deposit fee payable for each CSD lodged.

Subsequent Stage CSDs and Complete Unit CSD:

Where these CSDs are lodged separately from a PUD or SPUD, there will be a base fee and easement fees payable.
One deposit fee payable for each CSD lodged.

Substituted PUD or redevelopment CSDs:

Where two CSDs (one being a PUD or SPUD) are lodged and processed together only one base fee is payable. Plus any fees associated with
new or changed units
One deposit fee payable for each CSD lodged.

Base fee is payable for all CSDs.

Primary Parcels
Enter the number parcels to be created by the Cadastral Survey dataset
Parcel fees applies to each severance on an ML CSD, not each appellation

Non Primary Parcels

This fee applies to each new or existing Easement or Land Covenant (not Covenant Area) separately identified with a letter
