Registration Requirements

During the registration process, you will be required to provide the details of one piece of government-issued ID such
as your passport or national ID card.
c ard. This ID must also be taken to the test centre on the day of your test.
Failure to provide these details at the registration stage may lead to your result being withheld and could

disadvantage any future visa application to work within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

What to Bring to the Testing Center 

You will be required to present one valid government-issued photo ID with a signature (e.g., driver’s license or 
passport). If you are testing outside of your country of citizenship, you must present a valid passport. If you are
testing within your country of citizenship, you must present either a valid passport, driver's license, national ID or 
military ID. Primary ID must be a valid, non-expired, official, government-issued ID bearing a recent photo and
signature. The ID should be in English characters, however, the signature does not have to be in English. The ID
ID
provided must match the details that you gave during registration,

primary ID does not contain either a photo or a signature then secondary ID must be presented that does contain this
information. All other personal items must be locked in a locker for test security purposes, so please limit what you
bring to the Testing Center.

What Time to Arrive at the Testing Center

are late in arriving, you will not be allowed to test and will incur a penalty fee for lost computer time in order to
reestablish your eligibility.
Payment

 A payment is due at time of scheduling. The Amount varies based upon desired testing location. Acceptable
payment methods include American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards.

Reschedule/Cancel Policy

If you wish to change your exam date or time, you must do so by the third calendar day prior to your appointment
using the Reschedule/Cancel option on this Web site or by calling your Prometric Regional Contact Center . There

is no charge for changing an appointment. Please note that you may only take the same exam three times within one
calendar year.

Scheduling Online

In order to schedule online, you must provide an e-mail address and your national ID or passport number. Prometric
will send you an e-mail confirming your appointment. If you do not have an e-mail address, please call your Prometric
Regional Contact Center .

examinee to present ID that meets program-specific standards. If the
required ID is not presented the examinee may not be able to test and all
fees may be forfeited. The ID policy will be available on the confirmation

RESCHEDULE / CANCEL POLICY

If you need to reschedule or cancel your exam, you must call the registration
center, or go to www.prometric.com, no later than noon, 72 hours prior to
your appointment. There is no fee to reschedule if done at least 72 hours
prior to the appointment by noon. If you reschedule or cancel less than 72
hours prior to the testing date, you will be charged for the full testing fee and
will need to re-register and repay in order to schedule a new appointment.
 You may first contact the client in order to re-register. Candidates will need
to repay the testing fee.
