please find enclosed herewith the following documents towards release of 1"t installment
grant for Establishment of IPR Chair in Osmania University under scheme for Pedagogy &
Research in lPRs for Holistic education & Academia (SPRlHl\) as desired in the Email cited.

1. Undertaking under PARA 9 of SPRIHA Scheme duly signed by the Prof.G.B.Reddy,

Nominee of lPR chair and countersigned by the Registrar, O'U
Z. pre.stamped Receipt for t.13.65 Lakhs dr.rly signed bythe Registrar,
Osmania University as per the financial proposal for the year 2020-21 submitted
earlier.
3. Details of Agency under PFMS.

Kindly approve the documents and convey the sanction and release of grant at the
earliest.

University, Hyderabad do hereby undertake that the grant shall be utilized fbr

the purpose, and only for the purpose for which it is sanctioned. On failure to do

so, the institution shall be liable to refund the grant in full to the Government

with such penal interest thereon as the Central government may decide.

I further undertake that any grant-in-aid received from received by the

IPR Chair from any other authorities of the Central or State Governments shall

be accounted separately from the grant-in-aid received under this scheme by the

IPR Chair in respect of various activities undertaken by the Chair.

Further I also undertake that in case grant is received from other source,

then Grant for the same activity shall not be clain:Led from DIPP.

I further undertake to follow all the norrnri as stipulated under Para 9 of

the SPNHA Scheme.
