    I. OBJECTIVES

    At the end of this exercise, students must be able to:

    a) Understand the concepts of a business plan.


    b) Identify the parts of a business plan.
    c) Write an effective business plan.

    II. BACKGROUND INFORMATION

    An effective business plan guides you through each stage of starting and managing your
    business. You’ll use your business plan as a roadmap for how to structure, run, and grow
    your new business. It’s a way to think through the key elements of your business.

    Business plans can help you get funding or bring on new business partners. Investors want to
    feel confident they’ll see a return on their investment. Your business plan is the tool you’ll
    use to convince people that working with you — or investing in your company — is a smart
    choice.

    III. CLASSROOM ACTIVITY

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Upon Identifying your Ideal Business for your group you will now be working on with
    your company’s business plan.
    2. Follow the format of the Business Plan’s Content.
    3. You have 60 minutes to complete this activity.
    4. Upon submission and obtaining a passing grade each group will have 5 minutes to
    present their activity as their Summative Assessment.

    IV. QUESTION AND ANSWER

    1.What business are you in?

    ● a business where we have a product that is called SLID (Security Lock Identification).
    This product is for the car parts that are being stolen by strangers.
    2. How will the business going to make a money?.

    ● We are going to promote our product to the car companies, so that our business can
    expand more. We can also promote our product to the auto repair shops or any tire shop,
    so that our business can widen more in other way.

    3. What makes your business different from other business?

    ● Our business has unique ideas from other businesses. Our product SLID (Security Lock
    Identification) has a unique code on it and this product can also be tracked through an
    application.

    4. What do you need to get started?

    ● Applying for a Small Business Administration Loan.


    ● Considering Some Investors
    ● Try Crowdfunding Platforms to Find Investors by obtaining funds online
