organizing a Jaipur Divisional Level Boot Camp event on 27 May 2022 from 8.30 am to 2.30 pm.

(Friday) from 8.30 am to 2.30 pm. I am ready to pick and drop my ward from School / Bhamashah
Techno Hub, Jaipur (Sansthan Path, Jhalana Gram, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur – 302017).

I assure that my ward will abide by all the rules and will follow all the Covid Protocol. (i.e. wear mask,
maintain social distancing and keep sanitizer). I also understand that school will adhere and follow all
necessary COVID-19 guidelines. However, in case of any untoward health emergency or any
mishappening during the event, I will not hold the school authorities responsible for the same.
