Gladly, on the first year of project implementation, 3,788 competency-based learning activity
sheets were quality-assured and were digitized. With the funds from DepEd and LGU, there
were 35 wireless stations mounted and 2,603 gadgets were distributed, impacting the lives of
our dear teachers and learners in the Division. Currently, 9,135 learners were utilizing the
digitized materials including those with personal gadgets thus, saving around 13,154,400 pages.
2. Parents and learners used digitized learning resources sent through any social networking sites
or technological platform for distribution and dissemination. This simply implies that distribution
of LRs becomes accessible, faster, and safer due to the threat brought by the pandemic.
3. Teachers now have easier ways to deliver instructional models and activities to the learners
because learners have point reference to look at. This context is credited to the 21st century
attributes, skills, and teaching performance of teachers which provides satisfaction to learners.
4. Greening Education Project opens the lens of opportunities to the learners to learn, enjoy and
continue amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. This innovation breaks silence of traditional way of
learning as it creates a wide range of access to learning resources booth offline and online.
5. Schools Division of Digos truly adheres to all national programs contextualizing it for the
betterment of not just the learners in the city but the entirety of the nation without harming the
environment we depend on.
