Good morning to each and everyone. I am Ms.

Fatra Wahid, an AEMSHS instructor, and it is my pleasure

to be your moderator for today’s meeting.

Before we begin this program, I would like to recognize the presence of our High school principal, Mr.
Rodolfo M. Relano, our Deputy principal, Mr. Mark-Richter Iribani, our high school secretary, Maam
Janice Bartolome, our high school coordinators, teachers and most especially our dear parents. We
appreciate everyone’s presence despite your busy schedules to join us here today. Everyone, welcome
to this school year’s General Parent-Teacher Virtual Assembly.

To start off, here are the agenda to be discussed for today’s meeting…

Before anything else, I would like to remind everyone that for your queries and concerns, you may opt
to use our chat box here or use our raise hand button for you to be recognized. But we will only be
accommodating your questions during the open forum. So let us all save our questions for later.

To begin, may we have our high school secretary Maam Janice Bartolome to discuss to us the Financial
statement updates, maam? (approval of the budget, second the motion)
