Why do you need a business plan?

We are creating a new eCommerce site for online ordering of customizable uniforms
and garments. With this new site, we would like to give our customers the ability to
place orders on their own and improve the ordering experience.

We have an existing facility. This project is centered around our new online site and
building an online presence.

We have existing employees that pertain to sales and fulfillment. The salary structure
does not pertain to this project. For this business plan we are looking to keep the focus
on the scope of this project.

We do not carry our own stock. Rather, we receive orders and negotiate contracts for
uniform purchases and rentals, then place orders from suppliers and artwork designers
for fulfillment.

We mostly deal in B2B, which will have their own personalized storefront that displays
their products and their negotiated prices. With this new site we will also be offering
direct sales services for general customers to request quotes and place orders. Once
these two channels are established, we will expand and offer rental customer services.

Currently customers can browse the product assortment and call or email to request
quotes or place an order.

M-F 9-5 Eastern time.

Our business serves to offer uniforms and similar garments to the greater Mid Atlantic
area.
