Why do you need a business plan?

Main purpose:
 Providing our potential partner “Singha Corporation Co., Ltd. Thailand” (beer
company) insights into our business, financial and our future
 Help us to close an exclusive direct long-term business deal with Singha Corp
which guarantees a multiyear direct shipment contract

Yip Hint is not producing.
Specialization in importing goods from Asia (mostly Vietnam & Thailand)
Besides food we are selling frozen seafood & meat, beverages, beer and fresh herbs
from Asia.

At the beginning of this business my parents want to provide Asian food for their
community – because of the Vietnam war in the 60s-70s many Vietnamese are forced
to flee.

Main customers:
 Asian community in Vienna: Refugees + next generation, who like to purchase
goods from their home country
 Viennese community: Customers who like to enjoy far east cuisine and need
authentic ingrediencies
 Gastronomy in Austria: With increasing trend and popularity of Asian food in
 Vienna, there is need for authentic ingrediencies. Furthermore, our fresh
selection of goods + delivery service are well perceived by that customers

 Direct purchase in 2 Stores located in Vienna for private customers
 Delivery service for B2B customers (Restaurants, Wholesalers, major clients)

Mission and Purpose

Purpose and mission of this business – the reason it exists and the problem(s) it is
solving or need(s) it is filling):
Supplying Austria with high quality, fresh and authentic Asian food

Goals to be achieved over the next 5 years (vision):

Short term:
 Renewal of our local stores concept to provide customer a better buying
experience
 Revising our product range according to customer needs
 Expanding our sales area (outside of Vienna)

Long term:
 Strengthen Yip Hint as brand to become preferred supplier of Vietnamese and
Thai food in Austria
 Expand customer base to include local beverage wholesaler, bars/night clubs,
local grocery stores
 Increase number of exclusive partnerships with Asian brands and suppliers

At the moment we can provide four container Sigha Beer from other supplier.
With the ongoing partnership we target 2021: 5 container 2022: 6 container

Cooperation with Singha:
We forecast following demand:
2021: 5 container of Singha beer
2022: 6 container of Singha beer

Final pricing will be dependent on selling channel and volume of customers order.

Demand will be linked to active promotion of Yip hint. Also, we also need support from
Singha in terms of promotion materials.
