 Yogurt: eating yogurt, drinking yogurt with brands Susu, Probi,

 Milk powder: Dielac baby milk powder, Alpha, Pedia, Grow Plus,
Optimum (Gold), Ridielac nutritional powder, adult milk powder like

- Vinamilk focuses on investing heavily in information technology and

 Vinmilk's input materials include milk powder of all kinds, 100
ingredients, fresh milk, 100 ingredients in sugar water, mainly domestic
products.
 Currently, due to the increasing consumption of fresh milk and the
decrease in consumption of powdered milk due to the increasing income of
the people, Vinamilk is reducing the proportion of imported milk powder
materials and increasing the supply of fresh milk. However, the recent
increase in raw material prices to 20-30 has adversely affected production
input costs and profitability of many domestic dairy companies, including
Vinamilk.

marketing strategy and distribution channel that play a necessary role in promoting
and reaching customers. We currently have about 200 suppliers and more than
250,000 retail locations. Its popularity is shown by the fact that just having a need
you can go to any supermarket, grocery store across our country can easily buy
Vinamilk’s products. Furthermore, the system Vinamilk's "Vietnamese milk
dream" has more than 500 stores nationwide country. Without the owner stopping
at the direct selling stores, we also is developing its own e-commerce channel,

more necessary ever when the raging covid pandemic makes social distancing be

for our company. Next, we mainly expand the market and distribute to customers
through 2 main channels so that consumers can buy Vinamilk products anywhere
1. Communication: Direct distribution to consumers: Our company I
have 220 independent distributors and more than 14000 points of sale,
making distributes more than 80% of the company's output. To support
distribution network distribution, Vinamilk has opened 14 showrooms in
cities as Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho.
2. Modern: Distribution through supermarkets and Metro: our advantage
through through a system of milk factories invested in many localities
throughout the country water. For dairy products, when raw material prices
are high, companies can can be sold at a high price that customers still have
to accept. Therefore, Vinamilk is able to capacity but disadvantages from

Thailand, Philippines, Cambodia mainly produce are powdered milk and
condensed milk.

Advertising: Understanding the importance of advertising in our strategy, our
company always focuses on, promotes creativity constantly and has achieved quite
a lot of success from advertising to increase its sales revenue. In advertising
requirements, Vinamilk has fully met the strict requirements that an advertising
message needs to achieve. Specifically: As a company specializing in producing
dairy goods and products whose supply is mainly from cows, the image of cows is
considered the characteristic image, the core in each promotional clip of Vinamilk
products. But not that the image of the cows appearing in each of the company's
advertisements is monotonous, duplicated but on the contrary, they are always
vibrant, funny, unique and always leave unforgettable impressions in the hearts of

Public relations: Like other brands Vinamilk is no exception. We always have
