Dear Sir,

With reference to the above communication on the subject and as per your communication
vide letter OD-21425/283 dt. 07.09.2022 wherein it is advised to initiate the manufacturing
process of elastomeric bearings of 1st standalone bridge and Main River Bridge by satisfying
approved design parameters and following guidelines of IRC 83-2018 (Part l).

In line with the above we wish to apprise you that the tests on the bearings will be carried out
as per the submitted ITP on 11.08.2022.

Hence, you are requested to furnish the ITP & drawings with sign and stamp as per contractual
requirement in order to provide manufacturing clearance to the supplier.
