Justification of above proposed works are downloaded from IRPSM and
placed at P-91 to P-100 respectively. All proposals are related with safety of
train operatiot and road user hence essential & inescapable.

As per item No. (ii) of Railway Board's letter No. 2020/F(X)II/PN/3 dated
04.05.2021 (P-101), "Umbrella Works of 2019-20 and 2020-21: For unutilised
portion of Umbrella works under the Plan Heads 17, 33, 36, 41, 42, 51, 53 and
64, the proposals will be examined by the Additional Members committee w.r.to
the essentiality of the proposed works before obtaining sanction of the
competent authority as per delegation of powers. The works under other Plan
Head may be prOcessed in the usual manner".

GM is requested to kindly approve the proposals costing Rs.248.80 cr. as

proposed by CE/RSW so that it may be forwarded to Railway Board for approval
of Nodal Plan Head Coordinator after concurrence of HQ finance before sanction
through IRPSM.

The proposal for itemised works for ROB and RUB in Non GQ/GD routes under
sanctioned Umbrella work of 2019-20 in PH 30( PB Item No 240/2021-22) has
been put up vide Note#163 above.
Proposals for ROB at LC No 22C in Mathura-Alwar section (item no 4)
RUB
represented by local leaders during Annual GM Inspection as well as for the
for LC No 428 at Iradatganj for providing Long Loop in MKP-NYN section as
decided during meeting by GM in June'21 have been incorporated in above
Umbrella work.
Put up for kind approval of Note#163 above so as to send the proposal to Rly
Board for sanction after obtaining concurrence from PFA/NCR.
