CONCLUSION
- Based on the cofferdam analysis for P626 of the Malolos-Clark Railway Project using SBH323 soil data, it requires
steel sheet pile type GU 16-400 with depth 8 m and waller H 150 x 150 at depth -1m, -2m and -3m. Deformation of
steel sheet pile is 1.123 cm with safety factor (SF) value of 2.353. Railway subgrade deformation meets Indonesia
Minister of Transportation Regulation with 2.846 mm < 3 mm horizontal deformation and 8.310 mm < 110 mm
vertical deformation.
- Based on the cofferdam analysis for P544N of the Malolos-Clark Railway Project using SBH288 soil data, it requires
steel sheet pile type GU 16-400 with depth 8 m and waller H 150 x 150 at depth -1m and -3m. Deformation of steel
sheet pile is 0.748 cm with safety factor (SF) value of 3.182. Railway subgrade deformation meets Indonesia
Minister of Transportation Regulation with 2.683 mm < 3 mm horizontal deformation and 4.145 mm < 110 mm
vertical deformation.
- From the calculation of the moment capacity for sheet pile GU 16-400 type, it is found that the moment capacity (Mn)
= 366.6 kNm, with the working moment of Mu = 38 kNm

CONCLUSION
- Waller analysis was modelled with force value of 91.5 kN/m.
- Base on waller analysis using SAP2000 software, the maximum P-M ratio is 0.31 < 1.0 → OK with safety factor
value (SF) of 3.225
- The Engineering Division asks for feedback from the project tender team regarding the construction stage

RECOMMENDATION
- This analysis is a recommendation and must be validated by the consultant based on applicable
regulations.
- Pilecap excavation work on P626 or piers with high groundwater levels is required for dewatering work
during the pile cap work.
- Additional IWF is needed to add structural stiffness to mitigate temporary works not collapsing when the
sheetpile is moving excessively.
