Training contract 
This  Training  Agreement  states  the  terms  and  conditions  that  govern  the 
agreement  between  the  Trainer,  and  the  Candidate  who  agrees  to be bound 
by this agreement. 
 
WHEREAS,  the  Trainer  offers  training services in Angular Framework Training 
Course  for  which  the  Candidate  would  like  to  engage  the  Trainer  according 
to  the  terms  and  conditions  herein.  NOW,  THEREFORE,  In  consideration  of 
the  mutual  covenants  and  promises  made  by  the  Trainer  and  the  Candidate 
within this agreement, covenant and agree as follows: 
 

1. TRAINING 
The  Trainer  shall  conduct  online  training  in  Angular  Course  in  accordance 
with the schedule decided. 
 

2. PAYMENT 
The  total  cost  to  be  paid  to  the  Trainer  by  the  Candidate  for  the  services 
hereunder  shall  be  ​₹  3600.00  ​9000.00  (Amravati  Lockdown-2  offer  60% 
OFF​).​   The ​50% ​amount of the course fees shall be paid at the joining date and 
remaining  ​50%  ​amount  shall  be  paid  after  completion  of  the  ​Topic  3  (see 
page 1-2)​. Payment should be done via online mode only.

3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 

The  candidate  can cancel the training within 14 days of the date on which the 
training  services  are  to  be  scheduled.  If  a  candidate  cancels  the  training 
before  14  days,  the  amount  paid  by  the  candidate  will  be  completely 
refunded  by  the  Trainer.  However,  if  the cancellation is executed after 14 days 
of  training,  25%  amount  of  the  paid  fees  will  be  deducted  and  the  remaining 
amount will be refunded to the candidate.
