CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1112 of 2022

ORDER:

On 17.06.2022, this Court was pleased to pass the

following order:

“Sri M.Anand Kumar, learned counsel would submit

that he has given up Vakalat on behalf of the revision
petitioner and returned the file.

Registry is directed to delete the name of Sri

M.Anand Kumar, learned counsel, and print the name of the
petitioner in the cause list.

Post “for orders” on 24.06.2022.”

2. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner,

despite the matter being posted under the caption “for

orders”. It appears that the petitioner has no interest to

pursue the matter.

3. Under these circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is

dismissed for default.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand

closed. No costs.
