SWORN AFFIDAVIT FILED BY THE COMPLAIANT

I, Sreeramoju Venugopal Murthy, S/o. Late Krishna Murthy, Age: 47 years, Occu:
Business, R/o.H.No.22-8-85/2, Doctor's Colony-II, Post : KMC, Warangal Urban
District. 506007, do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as hereunder:-

1. That I am the complainant no.1 in the above suit; I swear this affidavit on my
behalf and on behalf of other complainant, who is my sister. Hence I know the facts
of the case. I pray the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to read the PROTEST
PETITION averments as a part and parcel of this affidavit.

2. That the accused No.1 is our mother and the accused No.2 is the daughter of
accused No.1 and our sister. I further submit that the accused No.3 is a stranger
who allegedly purchased the property from the accused No.2 with fake and
fabricated documents. The accused No.2 is the person behind the all the litigation.
Originally we submit that our father Sreeramoju Krishna Murthy was private
employee and the accused No.1 being our mother has got 4 daughters and 1 son
and one of the daughter is the accused No.2 and remaining children are ourselves.
I further submits that my sister Mallepelli Shobha Rani is married and she is
residing at Hyderabad having two children and another sister Sreeramoju Usha
Krishna Murthy and her husband died she has two children and the complainant
No.2 Jyothi Rani is a divorced woman and the accused No.2 is having strain relation
with her husband and living separately and now the accused Nos.1 and 2 are jointly
residing.
