4. I submit that myself and other sisters have filed suit in O.S.No.

43/2021 In
I.A.No.165/2021 on the file of II Addl. Senior Civil Judge at Warangal for
partition and separate possession and obtained injunction order against the
accused no.1 to 3 and the accused have received the notices from the Hon'ble
Court and engaged Advocates.

While the things stood so on 25-02-2021, 14-03-2021, 16-03-2021 the accused

have been illegally trespassing into the property of item no.1 of the said
property and cut down the eucalyptus trees of about nearly 4000 trees of ten
years old and transported the wooden logs in truck bearing no. AP 28 TB 6351,
we immediately informed to the Hasanparthy Police, through and phone calls,
wattsup messages with proofs and photographs and written complaints.The
stolen wooden logs are kept at Sapthagiri Rice Mill at Nagaram and the said
logs are dumped in a compound adjacent to Thirumala Colony, Near KITS
College in the property belongs to Geetha Andru Reddy. The relevant
photographs are submitted herewith showing the illegal acts of the accused
persons and we have complained to the SHO, Hasanparthy on 16-3-2021 and
also complained to higher authorities on 16-3-2021 and C.P. of :police on 5-3-
2021 to the District Collector, Warangal Urban, Tahsildar, RDO, but the police
have not taken any action and not registered the case against the accused
persons, they failed to take any action against the accused under their money
and political influence the police.

5. We submit that there is eminent danger and threat to us and to our property
in the hands of the said persons and the un-social elements are trying to grab
our property illegally with a malafide intention to grab the same.

6. Aggrieved by the inaction of Police we filed a complain under section 200

r/w section 156(3) Cr.P.C. in the Hon’ble Court. After the Hon’ble Court
directions the Police Hasanparthy registered FIR No.334/2021 against the
Accused on 30.12.2021.
7. I submit that the Investigating Office illegally and with malafide intention
delaberatly submitted Closure/ Final Report to the Hon’ble Court only to shield
the accused persons.

I further submit that I am here with filing a PROTEST PETITION against

Closure/ Final Report

I do hereby declare that the all the contents, averments of the PROTEST
PETITION are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief,
hence verified on this day July, 2022 at Warangal.
