I submit that I am the Kartha of Hindu Undivided family and only male
member, have took responsibility as elder in the family and use to do the
business of construction and civil contractor. I submit that till 2014 ourselves
and Accused No.1 resided in under roof i.e., at H.No.22-8-85/2 , Doctors
Colony-II Warangal and we submits that being the kartha and only male
member of the family,

I have done the construction business and developed the properties under
Hindu Joint Undivided family having PAN No.AARHS1784E . I have also
submitted the income tax returns before the Income Tax department as Hindu
Un-divided Joint Family being my self as Kartha of Hindu undivided family.

I submit that out of my Income i.e., Income from contract business, I have
purchased agriculture land In Sy.No.112/B1 to an extent of Ac.0- 21 gts,
Sy.No.112/B2 to an extent of Ac.0-21 gts situated at Nagaram Village,
Hasanparthy Mandal, Warangal Urban District through registered sale deed
bearing Doc.No.2266/2009, dt.25-05-2009 in the name of the accused No.1
from Gourishetty Buchi Narsalah, as the accused No.1 being our mother and
eldest person in the age and I was unmarried, therefore the properties were
purchased in the name of the mother i.e., the accused No.1.

I further submit that I have also purchased open plot No.251 to an extent of
300.00 Sq.yds in Sy.Nos.509, 510 situated at Bheemaram Village, Hasanparthy
Mandal, Warangal Urban District through registered sale deed bearing
Doc.No.3968/2008, dt.17- 7-2008 from Ramasahayam Sulochana through her
GPA holder Muppidi Srinivas Reddy and another open plot No.254 to an extent
of 300.00 Sq.yds in Sy.Nos.509, 510 situated at Bheemaram Village,
Hasanparthy Mandal, Warangal Urban District through registered sale deed
bearing Doc.No.502/2009, dt.09-02-2009 from Mumtaz Ali and house property
bearing No.22-8-85/2, to an extent of 250.00 Sq.yds situated Doctor Colony-II,
Warangal Urban District purchased through registered sale deed bearing
Doc.No.4965/2003, dt.9-7-2003 from Sanglneni Swaroopa and constructed
three storied building in the said property.

In All the above said sale transaction the accused No.1 is a housewife and the
accused No.2 has no capacity to purchase the properties mentioned above and
I being the only male Member and Kartha of Hindu Undivided Family has took
up the responsibility and performed the marriage of Jyothi Rani (complainant
No.2) and the accused No.2 .

Recently the accused No.3 on the instigation collusion of accused Nos.1 and 2
has cut down illegally nearly 4000, 10 years old eucalyptus trees and trying to
sell away the same, for which we have also given police complaint at
P.S.Hasanparthy.
