1. It is submitted that the respondent/Complainant has registered a false Case

against the Petitioner/Accused for an alleged offence U/s. 294(b), 307, and 506(ii) of IPC.
The Petitioners/Accused was remanded and judicial custody on 24.04.2022. The
Petitioner/Accused Bail application was second bail application earlier bail application was
dismissed in Cr.M.P.No; 55/2022 dated on 12.05.2022 by this Hon’ble court,

2. It is submitted that this case sole accused. Date of occurrence on 23.04.2022.

The Petitioner/Accused at the time 7.00 P.M. scolded the defacto compliant used filthy
language and threatened and assaulted and harassed. There is a previous enmity pending
both of them. The defacto compliant injured discharge from the hospital. The change of
circumstances in this case was almost investigation over.

3. It is further submitted that the Petitioner/Accused there is a no previous case

against the Petitioner/Accused.

4. It is further submitted that the Petitioner/Accused not committed any offence as

alleged by the prosecution.

5. The Petitioner/Accused is innocent and she have not committed any offence
what so ever.
 6. The Petitioner/Accused is a law abiding citizen hailing from respectable Family
and as such she will not abscond anywhere.

7. The Petitioner/Accused have neither means to neither tamper with the

prosecution witnesses nor mind to hamper the investigation in any way.

8. The Petitioner/Accused is ready and willing to offer substantial sureties for her
due appearance.

9. The Petitioner/Accused have not filed any similar bail petition before the High
court of judicature at Madras or any other Court.

Wherefore it is prayed that this Hon’ble court may be pleased to enlarge the

1. It is submitted that the respondent/Complainant has registered a false Case

against the Petitioner/Accused for an alleged offence U/s. 147,148,294(b), 332,336,353, and
307, of IPC. r/w 3(1) TNPPDL Act. The Petitioners/Accused was remanded and judicial
custody on 29.09.2021 by Judicial Magistrate No.II. Usilampatti. The Petitioner/Accused is
moved bail application same was dismissed in Cr.M.P.No;2126/2021.Herein enclosed lower
court dismissal order.
2. It is submitted that this case total 17 named accused. This Petitioners/Accused
arrayed as A3, A5, A14, A15, and A16. Date of occurrence on 28.09.2021. the defacto
compliant of VAO. The Petitioners/Accused and other accused unlawful assemble at the
time attack the other community wall and attack the police and official officer. At the
time all the Accused there and wordy quarrel and used filthy language and threatened and
assaulted and harassed to the police and official officers’. There is a previous enmity
pending both of them.
 3. It is further submitted that the Petitioner/Accused there is a no previous case
against the Petitioners/Accused.
4. It is further submitted that the Petitioners/Accused not committed any offence as
alleged by the prosecution.
5. The Petitioners/Accused is innocent and she have not committed any offence
what so ever.
6. The Petitioners/Accused is a law abiding citizen hailing from respectable Family
and as such she will not abscond anywhere.
