Petition Filed on behalf of petitioner for extension of time

1. The Petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Hon’ble

Court in Cr. M.P No. 7994/2022 dated 24-08-2022 for an alleged

offense under Section 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC and the FIR is

pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Vallioor. on a condition

that

a) that in the event of the arrest of the petitioner by the

respondent/ police or on his surrender before the learned judicial

magistrate, vallioor with in 15 days from the date of his order

and on such arrest or surrender. The petitioner is ordered to be

enlarged on anticipatory bail on his executing bond for sum of Rs.

10,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to satisfaction of

the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vallioor.

2. It is submitted that this petitioner is a physically disabled

person so he could not get sureties in time, he could not surrender

and execute necessary bonds with two sureties as ordered by this

Hon’ble court. Hence this petition failed for a granting further

extension of 15 days time to the petitioner so as to enable him

to surrender and execute necessary bonds with two sureties as

ordered by this court in the above Cr.M.P. No. 7994/ 2022 dt. 24-

08-2022

3. Unless the petition is allowed, the petitioner will be put

into irreparable loss and much hardship.

It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be

pleased to grant furthermore extension of 15 days’ time to the

petitioner so as to enable him comply with the order of this court

in Cr.M.P. 7994/2022 dt. 24-08-2022 and thus render justice.
