This petition is coming on this day before me for hearing in

the petitioner and of CPP for respondent and upon hearing them, this Court delivered
the following:
ORDER
1. The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police,
for the alleged offences u/s. 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.76/2023 on the
file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent
and he is no way connected with this case and he has falsely implicated. The
petitioner apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police. Hence, prays for
granting anticipatory bail.
4. The learned CPP submits that the defacto complainant working as a
Receptionist in Holden Tower Hostel located at EVR Salai, Periamedu. Dispute
between the defacto complainant and this petitioner to refuse room for staying in the
above said Hostel. Due to wordy quarrel, this petitioner threatened the defacto
complainant. However, no injury and the petitioner has no previous case. There is
no serious objection was raised by learned CPP. Considering the above facts, this
court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner subject to condition.
5. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event
of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of this
order, before the II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on condition
that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten
Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the
respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of
the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that
[a] the petitioner and the sureties shall affix their photographs
and Left Thumb impression in the surety bond and the Magistrate may obtain a
copy of their Aadhar card or Bank Pass book to ensure their identity.
[b] the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00
a.m. for a period of 30 days.
[c] the petitioner shall not tamper with evidence or witness
either during investigation or trial.
[d] the petitioner shall not abscond either during investigation or trial.
[e] On breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the learned
Magistrate/Trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the petitioners in
accordance with law as if the conditions have been imposed and the petitioner
released on bail by the learned Magistrate/Trial Court himself as laid down by
the Supreme Court in P.K. Shaji Vs. State of Kerala [(2005) AIR SCW 5560].
[f] If the petitioner thereafter absconds, a fresh FIR can be registered under
Section 229A IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is law
abiding citizens and she has not involved in any other criminal cases previously and
she is willing to abide any condition imposed on her. The petitioner apprehend arrest
at the hands of the respondent police. Hence, prays for granting anticipatory bail.
4. The learned CPP submits that the defacto complainant and this petitioner
were residing at Duraisamy Street, Royapuram, Chennai. There was a business
dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant. However, according to
learned CPP, injured were treated as outpatient and the petitioner has no previous
case. There is no serious objection was raised by learned CPP. Considering the
above facts, this court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner subject to
condition.
5. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event
of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of this
order, before the XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai on
condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-
(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction
of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the
satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not
committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely
implicated in this case and the petitioner has abiding any condition imposed on him
by this Court. The petitioner apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police.
Hence, prays for granting anticipatory bail.
4. As per FIR, the allegation against the petitioner is that on the date of
occurrence, the petitioner along with other accused attacked the defacto complainant
and using filthy language. Due to which, the defacto complainant had a simple injury.
However, according to learned CPP, the petitioner has no previous case. There is
no serious objection was raised by learned CPP. Considering the above facts, this
court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner subject to condition.
5. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event
of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of this

friend went to his area Kovil festival at Korrukkupet and the petitioner was standing
on the road at that time wordy quarrel between the defacto complainant and his
friends and caused the defacto complainant got a simple injury. However, according
to learned CPP, the petitioner has no previous case. There is no serious objection
was raised by learned CPP. Considering the above facts, this court is inclined to grant
anticipatory bail to the petitioner subject to condition.

for the alleged offences u/s.341, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime
No.102/2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is no way
connected to this case. Due to previous enmity, this complaint was given with a
malafide intention and he is not aware of the assault and who the assaults were and
also undertakes to furnish sufficient sureties in the event of granting him with
anticipatory bail. The petitioner apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent
police. Hence, prays for granting anticipatory bail.
4. As per FIR, on the date of occurrence, the defacto complainant along
with his friends were returning home after consuming alcohol at JJ Nagar round
Building wine shop. At that time, the petitioner and unknown person in a fully
intoxicated condition intercepted and asked why were using this path and due to
wordy quarrel and the petitioner assaulted the defacto complainant with a beer bottle
and caused him injury on his head and leg. The defacto complainant was admitted in
the Kilpauk Medical Hospital for treatment. However, according to learned CPP, the
petitioner has no previous case. There is no serious objection was raised by learned
CPP. Considering the above facts, this court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to
the petitioner subject to condition.

This petition is coming on this day before me for hearing in
the presence of M/s. A. Sachinraja and P. Kalaiarasan, Counsel for the petitioner
and of CPP for respondent and upon hearing them, this Court delivered the following:
ORDER
1. The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police,
for the alleged offences u/s. 147, 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of TN
Prohibition of Harassment Act in Crime No.215/2023 on the file of the respondent
police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent
and he is ready to abide any condition and to produce solvent sureties and will not
evade due process of law. The petitioner apprehend arrest at the hands of the
respondent police. Hence, prays for granting anticipatory bail.
4. As per FIR, the allegation against the petitioner is that on the date of
occurrence, this petitioner (A5) along with other accused abused the defacto
complainant with filthy language and assaulted him and his aunt with hands and
intimidated them. However, according to learned CPP, injured were treated as out-
patient and the petitioner has no previous case. No serious objection was raised
by learned CPP. Considering the above facts, this court is inclined to grant
anticipatory bail to the petitioner subject to condition.
5. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event
of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of this
order, before the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai on condition
that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten
Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the
respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of
the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that
[a] the petitioner and the sureties shall affix their photographs
and Left Thumb impression in the surety bond and the Magistrate may obtain a
copy of their Aadhar card or Bank Pass book to ensure their identity.
[b] the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00
a.m. for a period of 30 days.
[c] the petitioner shall not tamper with evidence or witness
either during investigation or trial.
[d] the petitioner shall not abscond either during investigation or trial.
[e] On breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the learned
Magistrate/Trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the petitioners in
accordance with law as if the conditions have been imposed and the petitioner
released on bail by the learned Magistrate/Trial Court himself as laid down by
the Supreme Court in P.K. Shaji Vs. State of Kerala [(2005) AIR SCW 5560].
[f] If the petitioner thereafter absconds, a fresh FIR can be registered under
Section 229A IPC.
