The humble petition of the petitioner most respectfully sheweth: -


I. For that the accused person is innocent and has been falsely
implicated.

II. For that the accuse was arrested on 05/07/2020and produced before
the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lalbagh,
Murshidabad on 06/07/2020 and since then he is in judicial custody.

III. For that the allegation is false, frivolous and baseless.

IV. For that the accused seeks the grant of default bail as he has been
detained beyond the statutory period of 180 days and charge sheet
has not yet been submitted.

V. For that the accused petitioner will abide by the orders of the court.
VI. For that no such bail prayer is pending or rejected by Hon’ble High
Court at Calcutta.

Hence it is prayed that the


accused be released on bail.

And for this act of kindness your Honour as in duty bound shall ever pray.
