Subject: Special Prayer for put up of the Case Records.

The above-named Accused-Petitioner most respectfully-

SHEWETH:

1. That today is not the date fixed for the instant Case.

2. That the next date fixed for the instant Case is 01.09.2022.

3. That the Accused-Petitioner together with the other 17 Ejahar-named Accused


surrendered before the learned Court with a humble prayer for bail today.

4. That the said prayer for bail was heard by Ms. Sayeda Suraya Aktar, the learned
Judicial Magistrate, Bandarban Hill District.

5. That Ms. Sayeda Suraya Aktar, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bandarban Hill
District rejected the prayer for bail of the 4 Accused-Petitioners including the
above-named Accused-Petitioners while she was pleased to enlarge the other Co-
Accused on bail.

6. That the Accused-Petitioner is a victim of grievous hurt caused by the Informant


Party and he is still under medical treatment.
7. That the Accused-Petitioner is entitled to bail under Section 497 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure, 1898 on medical ground.

8. That for the aforesaid reason, the instant special prayer for bail on behalf of the
above-named Accused-Petitioner has been filed before the learned Court today.

9. That for the purpose of hearing on the instant special prayer for bail, it is expedient
to put up the records of the Case before the learned Court today.

WHEREFORE, it is most humbly prayed that your honour would graciously be


pleased to pass such Orders as to the learned Court seem fit and proper.

AND

For this act of kindness, the above-named Accused-Petitioner, as in duty bound,


shall ever pray.
