APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF AD – INTERIM

ANTICIPATORY BAIL.

The counsel for applicant most humbly and respectfully

submits as under:-

1. that, the applicant is apprehending his arrest for offence

punishable under section 376, 313 of the Indian Penal
Code registered at PS Mankapur vide crime no. /2021
dated 02/04/2021. The applicant has therefore filed an
application before this Hon’ble Court for grant of
anticipatory bail.
2. That, memo of the said application refers to cogent and
good grounds which makes out a prima facie case for
grant of anticipatory bail. No case is made out under
section 376, 313 of the Indian Penal Code. no fruitful
purpose will be served by detaining the present applicant
behind bars.
3. The applicant therefore prays for grant ad – interim
anticipatory bail during the pendency of the main
application. The applicant is ready and willing to abide by
the terms conditions which this Hon’ble Court deems fit
and proper in the given facts and circumstances of the
present case.

Hence this application.

PRAYER :- It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that this
Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant ad
– interim anticipatory bail to the present applicant
in the event of his arrest for offence punishable
under section 376, 313 of the Indian Penal Code
registered at PS Mankapur vide crime
no._____/2021 in the interest of justice.
