SHEWETH:
4. That for the aforesaid reason, bail of the Accused-Petitioner was cancelled.
7. That the Accused-Petitioner has prayed for confirmation of bail before the learned
Court today.
8. That the Accused-Petitioner shall not misuse the privileges of bail should his bail
be confirmed.
9. That the other pertinent points of both law and facts shall be pressed before the
learned Court in the course of hearing.
WHEREFORE, it is most humbly prayed that your honour would graciously be pleased
to pass such Orders as to the learned Court seem fit and proper.
