Price Validity: Prices are valid for 30 days from submission of this proposal and are subject to change without prior notice
Delivery Lead Time: For Indent items, delivery lead time is 60-90 working days upon receipt of Purchase Order and downpayment.
For in-stock Items, delivery lead time is 5-10 working days upon receipt of Purchase Order and downpayment
Delivery Charge: Delivery shall be charged with a corresponding amount (inclusive of installation charge). Will be quoted separately if delivery details
haven't been finalized yet.
Cancellation/Returns: Order cancellation is not allowed for Customized Items, Manufactured Items and Indent Order Items
Warranty Period: CHAIRS, TABLE BASE & SOLID WOOD TOPS: One year against factory defects.
SMART TOPS: Two years against factory defects
Repairs beyond the warranty period shall be charged accordingly.
Payment Terms: 50% downpayment upon confirmation of order or receipt of Purchase Order and 50% balance prior to or upon delivery
