specialty coffee which is made from the most natural and organic coffee beans. Meaning
our coffee beans are grown by organic farmers so there are no chemicals used in the
process of making each cup of coffee. Besides that, our coffee shop also offers a 100%
customer satisfaction guarantee. We will prioritize customer service and make sure we meet
the needs of our customers by ensuring that we serve the best products to them so
customers get to enjoy their entire experience in our coffee shop. Other than that, all the
items on the menu listed will be at an affordable price. Therefore, everyone including
college students, families, health conscious customers and working adults get to enjoy
premium quality coffee at a reasonable price which would be the perfect choice to satisfy
their needs anytime, any day. Moreover, our coffee shop provides a relaxing and friendly
atmosphere which helps customers to take a break from everything and treat themselves
with their favourite cup of high quality premium coffee.

Customer Relations
Customer relations will be in 2 main ways which is self-service and menu listed products. We
will provide menu based coffee products to customers with changing tastes and preferences
while at the same time meeting every customer’s individual coffee consumption needs. We
will also provide self-service to customers who want uniquely brewed coffee. Furthermore,
we will make use of customers’ feedback. A big aspect of customer service is to actually
listen to what the customers have to tell whether it is a positive or negative. This leads to
better individual interactions with customers, which builds up loyalty and trust over time
and influences their buying decisions. Last but not least, we will create a community of fans
on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram and also loyalty club
membership access after consuming 1000 mugs of coffee in one year.
