At the age of 2.4 years, the child's parents noticed that he was always on the go and that it was

difficult to calm him down, and that he refused to do things aiso, he did head banging and

throwing things, and that his sleep pattern was disturbed. Parents also reported that he would

not respond to his name and was unable to make eye contact as other children his age were,

and that he didn't play with toys. At first, the parents assumed he had a hearing problem, so

they went to a pediatrician, who recommended them to Dr. Shehryar's Mind Professional

Therapy Center, where he received speech, occupational, and psychological therapy

Personal History

Pre-Natal History

The mother was 27 years old at the time of the pregnancy. During her pregnancy, she ate a

balanced diet, took multivitamins, and took calcium supplements. In the pre- and post-

pregnancy period, the mother reported no emotional stress, medical or psychological disease.

The infant was born via normal delivery, with a labour time of two hours and a pregnancy

period of nine months. First cry of the child was present.

Post-Natal History

The baby's birth weight was normal (3.3 kilogrammes), there was no physical sickness present

at the time of birth, and the infant had a proper history of mother feed and vaccination.

The child's father, who was 33 years old and worked as a software developer, was still alive.

With the youngster, he had a loving and caring bond. The child has a stronger bond with his

father.

The child's mother was 30 years old and a stay-at-home mother.

The parents were very concerned about the child's behaviour. There was no history of mental

illness in the family, and the parents' relationship was very loving. This child was 5 months

younger than his brothers.
