Note:
1. THE ADMIT CARD CUM CALL LETTER HAS TO BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF WRITTEN EXAMINATION &
INTERVIEW.
2. Those who are shortlisted in Written Examination will only be eligible to appear for Interview.
3. The Date, Time and Venue of Interview will be intimated separately.
4.Contravention to the below given instructions will result in the cancellation of candidature. No further Correspondence
in this regard will be entertained.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES
1. Please refer to your online application for the post of Stipendiary Trainee, Category-I / II in Nuclear Recycle
Board. You are now provisionally admitted to appear for the written examination on the date, time and venue
indicated in the admit card.
2. For appearing in the written examination, you are requested to bring (i) admit card with photo affixed on it duly
attested by Gazette Officer and (ii) print out of on-line application submitted by you. Entry to the examination hall
will not be allowed without these two documents.
3. Those who could not upload photograph in the on-line application may affix passport size photograph on both
on-line application and admit card duly attested by a Gazetted Officer. The candidate should also bring along with
them valid photo ID proof such as Aadhar Card/Pan Card /Election Card/ Driving License
4. Your Application No. as given above has to be quoted wherever required and may be preserved for future
correspondence
5. Your application No and Roll No are clearly mentioned on your Admit card. Please write and shade the same
carefully on OMR Answer Sheet otherwise your answer sheet may be rejected by computer.
6. Outstation candidates will have to make their own arrangements for their stay in Mumbai/Chennai.
7. You are required to reach at Examination Centre by the reporting time mentioned above. No candidate will be
allowed to enter the Examination Centre on commencement of exam.
8. There will be negative marking for incorrect answer. Three (3) marks will be awarded for each correct answer
and One (1) mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer. The question paper translated in Hindi may have
some anomalies due to some typical words hence English version of Question paper will be considered as
reference and Final.
9.Candidates are advised to carry only the following items with them into the examination venue:
a) Admit Card / Call letter (a clear printout on A4 size paper) duly filled in & a copy of online application form.
b) A simple transparent Ball Point Pen
c) Personal hand sanitizer (50 ml)
d) Personal transparent water bottle
e) Proper Face Mask
f) Hand gloves are not allowed.
10. You may please note that you are provisionally admitted for Written Examination without carrying out detailed
scrutiny of the application submitted by you. Nuclear Recycle Board (NRB) reserve the right to make your
candidature ineligible if any information furnished by you in the application is found to be incorrect or you are
found ineligible with regard to requirements notified in the said advertisement for the post at any stage of
recruitment. In such a case ,your candidature will be cancelled and decision of NRB is final. Hence, you are
advised to satisfy your eligibility before appearing for the exam.
11. You are not permitted to carry books, reading materials, calculator, Mobile phone, Bluetooth devices,
smart watches, smart trackers, fitness band or any other electronic devices into the examination hall. There
is no arrangement for safeguarding these gadgets at the Examination Centre.
12. Conversation with other candidates in any way except with invigilator on duty during the period of examination
will amount to malpractice. If any candidate resorts to malpractice, he/she will be sent out of the examination
hall and his/her OMR SHEET WOULD NOT BE evaluated. Decision of NRB will be final in this regard.
13. All Outstation SC/ST candidates who are not employed in Govt.Sector, etc. and not getting Railway Conce-
ssion will be paid travelling allowance as per rules for attending the written examinations on production of SC/ST
caste certificate and tickets nos. TA forms can be downloaded from the website https://www.nrb.formflix.com/
notification. TA Claim Form (For SC/ST Candidates) and duly filled in TA Form along with Original tickets ( as a
proof of your travel ) and Xerox copy of caste certificate should be submitted at the time of written examination .
SC/ST outstation candidates have to fill up all the columns in TA claim form including bank details so as to enable
this Centre to reimburse the travelling Allowance through NEFT/RTGS mode . TA will not be paid at the venue of
the examination and will be paid through NEFT/RTGS mode and hence furnish the bank details( like name,
account number.account type and IFSC code) correctly.
14. Please note that Permission/No Objection Certificate from your present employer to appear for written
examination/interview is necessary in case you are serving under Central/State Government/Autonomous
Body/Public Sector Undertaking. If the permission/No objection Certificate is not submitted at the time of written
examination/interview you will not be allowed to appear for the same.
15. No request for change of Venue / Date / Time will be entertained.
