SUB: INFORMATION REGARDING CHEATING DOING BY

LAND GRABERS NAMELY RAMBIR RAJEEV MAMCHAND
ALL RESIDENT OF VILLAGE JAGAT PUR, DELIT-110084.

Sir,

Most respectfully it is submitted as under:-

1. That I Ajit singh son of Late Sh. Roopa R/o Gali No. 1, Village Jagat
Puri, Delhi-110084 P.S. Timar Pur, Delhi is a permanent resident of
Delhi and doing farming in Land of Yamuna River, having 93 Bighas
land in which I and my Family doing Earning since 15 to 18 years.

2. That above noted people/culprit indulged in grabbing the land of

various people of Area.

3. That Rambir son of Sh. Rati Ram is Master mind of every land
grabbing and having roots in the bad society and he is grabber of
15000 Sq. Yards land and having a forged Agreement of Land-lord
who has been died and after death of the landlord they are selling with
 collusion of Rajeev s/o Sh. Briham Singh, Mam Chand son of Sh.
Babu Lal are resident of Village Jagat Pur, within the jurisdiction of
Timnar Pur, Delhi, they are cheating various peoples by selling forged
documents of property, having goondas who beats very person who
complained them any where.

4. That I have made so many efforts but due to culprits on every time my
complaints regarding cheating doing by the above noted
peoples/culprits.

5. That I am a Former and not educated but I can understand English,

Hindi, properly, they wants to grab my land which is comes in the
Yamuna River in which my Family is being Farming and earning
livelihood but the above noted culprits having bad eyes on my land
and wants to grab this property.

6. That they have made forged Agreement of a Sale regarding three

Qilas (15000 Sq. Yds.) land in Sant Nagar, Burari, Delhi and having
Collusion of department of Delhi Land Revenue Department, S.D.M.
Land and Revenue, North Distt. Sham Nath Marg, they cheated
various people of Illaqa Sant Nagar, where some times structure were
damaged by the SDM, but after other bribe (huge Money) to Officials
of SDM like Tehsildar, Patwari (North Distt.) Civil Lines Area Sham
Nath Marg, Delhi.
7. That I have made efforts every where but inspite of registration of a
case Under Sec. 420/34 IPC they purchased the local Policemen of
P.S. Burari as well as Timar Pur and they made false cases against me
as the cuprites have offered huge bribe to police man of the Police
Station Burari and Timar Pur and Tehsildar S.D.M. and Patwari of
North Distt.

My prayer is that the touts of S.D.M.. Tehsildar and other staff may
kindly be booked according to law and an enquiry LE also conducted in
respect of their properties, wealth and income of the above noted culprits,
Rambir, Rajeev, Mam chand and touts of Police of Local P.S. Timar Pur
and P.S. Burari, Delhi. Proper action may kindly taken and stop cheatings
and about selling property to innocent peoples by doing forged,
documents be stopped and a lesion goes to society I also requested to
seniors as my Life, liberty be saved they have link with the goondas of
(UI.P.) as they have enmity with me and any mis-happening can be done
with me.

Sir, my humbly prayed that my above noted complaint kindly be

taken on Priority basis as the innocent people are facing trouble in future
as well as my life and liberty be also saved from these people in the ends
of justice.
