This refers to the VC meeting held with Principal Secretaries of the States/UTs, chaired by the Secretary, MSDE on 10th March 2022. To resume the normal academic session from September 2022 onwards, it has been decided to complete the following academic sessions by 30th July 2022: ‘S.No. | Session ‘Examination Type L 2 year of 2-year course 2020-22 Regular 2. Ist year of 2- year course 2021-23, Regular 3. 1-year course /6 months 2021-22 Regular As per the tentative examination schedule circulated earlier vide office Order No 19 dated 2Sth March 2022, the Practical examination and Computer Based Examination (CBT) examination for the above session should be completed by 30" August 2022. Intthis regard, following activities must be performed by the SPIUs/ITIs for Hall Ticket (HT) generation within the given timelines to conduct the examinations on schedule: 1. Hall Ticket (HT) eligibility: It is to inform that the NCVTMIS portal has been opened for uploading the eligibility for HT generation for AIT 2022 from, 22-06-2022 to 02-07-2022. All the TTT principals are requested to fill the trainees” attendance, formative assessment and practical examination fee on the NCVTMIS portal within this time duration: S.No. | Parameter Eligibility Criteria for Hall Ticket Generation 1 ‘Attendance* S=80% 2. Formative Assessment 0% 3 ‘CBT and Practical Examination Fees | Yes *Caleulation of number of working days for attendance can be decided by States/UTs through their State Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Committee (SSDEC), based on date of start of session. 2. Trainee profile verification for HT generation: A new functionality has been developed on the NCVTMIS portal wherein the trainee can verify his/her profile and give consent that his/her profile is correct. The verified trainee profile will be used for generation of HT. It is further informed that no profile correction will be allowed once the HT is generated. All the ITI principals must ensure that the trainee profile is verified for the correctness, ‘Trainee profile verification link: NCVTMIS Portal-->Trainee> Trainee verification before HT Page 1 of 3 3. CBT Examination Pattern: As resolved in the meeting on March 10, 2022, there will be one CBT ‘examination for two hours” duration consisting of 75 questions with 150 marks. This will consist of Trade Theory (IT), Workshop Science and Calculation (WSC), Engineering Drawing (ED) and Employability Skills (ES), a) Engineering Trade (100 Marks for Trade Theory and 50 marks for Employability Skills): Trade Theory (38 Questions, 76 Marks) Workshop Science and Calculation (6 Questions, 12 Marks) Engineering Drawing (6 Questions, 12 Marks) Employability Skills (25 Questions, 50 Marks) b) Non- Engineering Trade (100 Marks for Trade Theory and $0 marks for Employability Skills): * 50 questions on Trade Theory only (50 Questions, 100 Marks) + Employability Skills (25 Questions, 50 Marks) 4, Computer Based Test (CBT) Fees Collection: * Fees to be deposited for CBT: Rs 213 (Two hundred thirteen only) to be paid online by the ITUSPIUs only. ‘* Also, upon the request of some State/UT Directorates, option for bulk payment through Demand Draft (DD) has been allowed.
