VIDEO PRESENTATION GRADING

This rubric is designed to evaluate the video presentation based on the concept of motion and scientific
explanation.
Situation:
Remember 2020? How did you cope up with the quarantine? Will you share with us your experience?
Did you move around the sofa just like the dog or move around the house randomly and ends up back
were you started? If so, what was the distance covered? What was your displacement? Did you
experience having certain speed as you move around but zero velocity? Did you experience any
acceleration? Scoring
Overall, how will you describe your statePerformance Descriptor
of motion, and what are the challenges in
describing it? Use the scoring rubric below as your guide.
 Delivered proof of expertise in referencing scientific
concepts of motion in describing the motion of an
object.
100-95
 Delivered a clear and effective explanation in
describing the motion of an object

 Presented good evidence of knowledge in referencing

scientific concepts of motion in describing the motion
of an object
94-90
 Presented a good explanation in describing the motion
of an object.

 Provided slight scientific reference in describing the

motion of an object.
89-85  Gave an incomplete explanation in describing the
motion of an object.

 Supplied some improper scientific reference in

describing the motion of an object.
84-80  Gave few incorrect explanations in in describing the
motion of an object.
