Many people 12 years & older find that filling a 10ml rollerball 1/3 full with essential oils &

It’s always advisable to use several small doses throughout the day rather than a single
large dose. Start with the lowest possible dose (1–2 drops) and skin patch for sensitivity.
Because every individual is unique, the dose will vary for each individual based on size, age,
and overall health status.

IMMUNITY BOMB ADULTS:

When you feel the first sign of a cold or flu add these oils to an empty size 00 gel cap and
take internally. You can take these every 3-4 hours. 2 drops Oregano (oregano can only be taken 10 days max - antibiotic)
2 drops On Guard, 2 drops Melaleuca, 4 drops Lemon, 2 drops Frankincense. If you don’t have a gel cap, just rub on feet.

IMMUNITY BOMB KIDS: Put 1 drop of each, oregano, Melaleuca and On Guard essential oil blend on

Here are a few of our favorite recipes that you can make with the Top 10 oils:

Sinus Support Steam Cup: Sleep Blend & Radiant Skin Blend
1 drop lemon 6 drops Lavender
1 drop peppermint 6 drops Frankincense
1 drop oregano Fill remainder of 10ml rollerball with FCO
1 drop melaleuca
Boil water and place in a cup or bowl, drop each Sleep

 Top 10 Oils  -  Diffuser Recipes
Diffuse any of the following oils from your kit and enjoy the benefits.
How many oil drops you use is a preference, most people do anywhere from 5-8
and adjust according to the size of the diffuser (depends on how much water the
diffuser holds) and the preferred strength of the aroma. Clean your diffuser once a
week by wiping it with alcohol and once a month running it with white vinegar and
water for 10 - 20 minutes.

Cleaning Naturally with Essential Oils
Tub and Sink Scrub Non-Toxic Laundry

What�do�you�say�to�your�friend�or�family?
Share your experience with the oils and with the educator. Tell them what they have done for you
and how it’s help support your journey of using doTERRA essential oils. Typically what the educator
would do is book a 30 min appointment, uncover their health needs, teach them how to use the oils
and go over the top 10 oils. They do not have to purchase anything but if they see something they
want I can help them get it.

How�to�connect�your�friends�to�me?
Connect your friend with me either in a three way text message, facebook message or email. I will
then take care of booking and of the appointment itself. Then you can fill in the square.

• You have 6 months from your kit purchase
date to take advantage of this program.

and the date of their appointment with me
