LIVELIHOOD PROGRAM SUB-COMMITTEE

NARRATIVE REPORT

The Barangay Council for Women (BCW) created a livelihood program by selling
native delicacy, a cassava roll. The program targets to create additional source of
income for the members of BCW in the barangay.

As part of their livelihood program and their community engagement


development participation in the barangay, the Barangay Council for Women (BCW)
pledge to give the 5% of their proceeds for the welfare of the malnourished children,
identified during the conduct of the “Oplan Timbang” in the 1st quarter of the year. The
5% proceeds allocated by the BCW will be for the nourishment program for the
malnourished children.

The BCW Livelihood program is a continuous project of the barangay in support


to the women’s council and for the continuous nourishment of the children in the
barangay.
