The study article is written having a purpose od addressing the human factor in merger and

acquisition and dispute among employee as a result of the conflict among merging organizations.

The article is about merge and acquisition o to organizations but the argument mainly concentrated
on the those being influence by such activities.

The article has addressed several issues which have a direct or indirect relationship with Human
resource management. Accordingly, collision among leadership and management. cultural
mismatch, lack of shared vision, communication, stress, change management are the issues which
are well discussed in this article. These elements are identified as a core issues and underneath
these issues mainly incumbency in management, adaptation to changes, and overall unity will be
ruined according to the article.

The article also addressed on how to merge human power in creating a unified well-functioning
unit to achieve all outlined objectives. The study adopted qualitative method in analyzing the
general concept of by taking secondary sources as a source to draw a conclusion from.

The paper was well crafted in terms of outlining every possible scenario related to merger and
acquisition. of organization its effect on the organization and the human power in the most
generalized way possible.

The weakness of this paper is that the concepts outlined are not tested on actual circumstances by
involving stakeholders or organization which undergo with such events.

We learnt that scientific article writing requires high skill to read the general concept of the paper
and summarizing the contents with one own understanding. Moreover, it is interesting to include
