To allConcerned Taxpayers, Revenue Officials and Employees:

For the guidance and information of all concerned, the Electronic Filing and payment System
(eFPS) will be unavailable from 5:00 p.M. Thursday May 12, 2022 until 6:00 A.M. May rT, zoz1
due to system maintenance.

ln this regard, eFPS taxpayers may manually file returns which deadline falls on the above-
mentioned dates and pay the corresponding taxes due thereon thru the nearest Authorized
Agents Banks (AABs) and Revenue Collection Officers (RCOs) without penalties for wrong venue
of payment. For payment thru RCOs, concerned eFPS taxpayers may pay in cash and check
regardless of the amount provided that the check, shall be made payable to Bureau of lnternal
Revenue, with or without "lF0 Name and TIN of the taxpayer" written on the check, as previously
required; and that the name and branch of the receiving AAB need not be indicated therein.

Taxpayers may also file returns through eBlRForms System and pay taxes rnanually thru the
above-mentioned venues or pay thru the following electronic payment {epAy) facilities:

r Land Bank of the Philippines'(LBP) Link.Biz Portal- for taxpayers who have ATM account
withLBP and/or holders of BancNet ATM/Debit/Prepaid Card and taxpayer utilizing pCHC
Paycate or PesoNet facility {depositors of RCBC, Robinsons Bank, Union Bank, Bpt and
PSBank);
r Development Bank of the Philippines' (DBP) Pay Tax Online - for holders of
Visa/Mastercard Credit Card and/or BancNet ATM/Debit Card;
r Union Bank of the Philippines' (UBP) Online/The Portal - for taxpayers who has an
account with UBP;
r lnstaPay using UPAY Facility of UBP for individual non-accountholder of Union Bank;

Electronic payments may also be made through the BIR Taxpayer Software Provider {TSp) such
as GCash, PayMaya and MyEG.
