Objectives:

At the end of the lessons, the students will be able to:


 Identify the vocabulary and use them to talk in their speaking at home.

I. Opening:
 Greeting
 T ask “How are you” to SS. 5mins
 T checking student’s attendance.
II. Class Activities
 Technique 1: Presentation
 To begin the lesson, T ask SS what is the title of
chapter 4.
 T ask SS to look at exercise 1. T put the class
into pairs to talk about the picture. 15mins
 T teach some key vocabulary by showing them
the picture, and then T ask some students to read.
 T use QC to test SS whether they understand the
words or not.
Chapter3:  T ask SS to look at exercise 1 again and ask
At Home “Where are the people?”
 Technique 2: Practice
 T play the CD and ask SS to listen and number.
 T ask SS to compare answer with their partner.
 T put the SS into pairs again in order to do
exercise 2.
 T ask some SS to share what they have compared
with their partner to the class. 25mins Class CD
 T ask SS to write the items in size order from
small to big. (Exercise 3)
 More activity: You need a…….
 T put the students to pairs, and think of the
prompt with different situation, and then read
prompt for other pairs guess to guess what they
need.
Ex: Partner A: My clothes are dirty.
Partner C: You need a washing machine.

 Technique 2: Technique 3: Production


 T write some sentences and fold it. Then teacher
choose one student to pick one piece of paper 15mins
from the box and they need to read it out loud.
If any
student gives the correct answer they have to
come to the bored and choose another piece of
paper (do the same thing until all sentences.
III. Closing
 T say good bye to SS and see them on Monday.
